Even high-performing students struggle with transition points.
  • College students who excelled in high school but now feel disconnected from their identity or leadership roles.
  • High school students and athletes weighing recruiting opportunities, majors, or college fit.
  • Students unsure of their strengths or career direction, overwhelmed by the pressure to make the “right” choice.
  • Families stressed by decisions that feel permanent and costly.
These challenges can lead to indecision, false starts, or wasted time and money

At Agility to Elevate, we equip your student or young adult with a clear plan and framework for decision making.

Using the Birkman Assessment and one-on-one coaching, we help students understand how they’re wired, clarify options that fit their strengths, and build the confidence to make informed decisions about school, career, and life.

  • Build a decision-making framework that reduces stress and second-guessing.
  • Create practical next steps for smoother transitions into college or early career.

Frequently Asked Questions

Contact Our Team

How is this different from academic or career counseling?

Traditional counseling often focuses on grades, test scores, or general career advice. We combine the Birkman Assessment with one-on-one coaching that ties self-awareness to actionable decisions and long-term habits.

What results should we expect?

Students leave with a clear understanding of their strengths, a decision-making framework, and a defined plan for next steps in school, athletics, or career.

How does the Birkman Assessment work?

Students complete an online assessment that takes about 30 minutes. The results highlight their strengths, motivators, stress behaviors, and ideal environments. Coaching then applies those results directly to their school, athletic, or career decisions.

What’s the time commitment?

Our coaching packages range from four to six sessions, typically lasting 90 minutes each. Sessions can be scheduled flexibly to fit around school, athletics, or work commitments.

For companies that are stuck and looking to scale, we offer a proven process to close execution gaps, strengthen people systems, and drive consistent revenue growth.
